Alexandro Wiggins

Navy operations specialist and UAP witness

Also known as Alexandro C. Wiggins

Who they are

Alexandro Wiggins identified himself in his 2025 congressional statement as a U.S. Navy senior chief petty officer and operations specialist who served aboard USS Jackson. He described unusual lights and objects encountered off Southern California on February 15, 2023. His account distinguishes observations made from the bridge wing from information viewed on the ship’s sensors.

His personal testimony adds a documented witness voice to the 2025 transparency hearing; it is not an official Navy determination of what the objects were.
