Who they are
Gustaf Strömberg assembled radial-velocity data used in Lemaître’s 1927 expansion analysis. Hubble separately acknowledged his numerical checking in the 1929 distance–velocity paper. The two roles make visible different kinds of supporting work behind cosmological results: compiling observations and checking an analysis are not the same contribution.
He connects the data and collaborative calculations behind early expansion studies.

A Relation between Distance and Radial Velocity among Extra-Galactic Nebulae
Hubble compares estimated distances with radial velocities and reports an approximate linear relation for a limited sample. The paper acknowledges antecedent data and numerical assistance; its distance scale was preliminary.
