Who they are

George Knapp is a KLAS investigative journalist whose reporting brought Bob Lazar’s claims to television audiences in 1989. In his 2025 congressional statement, he described decades of examining UFO stories and government documents. He appeared before Congress as a journalist, explicitly distinguishing that role from being a UFO witness.

He connects broadcast reporting, allegations about secret programs and later public oversight.
