Who they are

Luis Elizondo is an author and former Department of Defense official who testified at the House’s November 2024 UAP hearing. He alleges that UAP information and technologies have been concealed and advocates changes to oversight and reporting. His memoir and testimony provide his account; they do not make the underlying extraordinary claims established facts.

He is a participant in the modern disclosure debate and a named congressional witness.
