Who they are
Peter Davenport compiled the National UFO Reporting Center’s preliminary account of the Phoenix Lights. His report assembled descriptions into a proposed sequence while noting that written witness submissions were not yet complete. He appears as an investigator and organizer of reports, whose compilation is distinct from direct measurement of the objects described.
His preliminary report is one of the documentary strands behind the Phoenix Lights entry.
