Who they are
Russell Targ coauthored SRI’s Perceptual Augmentation Techniques executive summary with Harold Puthoff. The report describes investigations of claimed anomalous perception during 1974–1975. His role is that of an investigator advancing and documenting those claims; the later debate over their methods, replication and intelligence usefulness remains a separate part of the record.
He connects the experimental remote-viewing program with the primary reports later reviewed by outside assessors.
