Summary Report on Observations 30–31 March 1990
The Belgian Air Force summary describes the March 30–31 response, radar lock-ons and absence of visual contact by the F-16 pilots. The available English transcription records the official account without independently validating the targets’ apparent motion.
The host associates the summary with De Brouwer’s July 11, 1990 briefing; the original signed report was not inspected.
